chicken and quail eggs 30pcs

1/3 onion, 1/4 green onion, 1 ginger, 2 peppers, 5 garlic

<Soup seasoning> 2 cups chicken broth, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1½ tablespoons soup soy sauce, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon refined rice wine, 1 tablespoon mirin

<Chicken broth> 3 garlic cloves, 1/3 green onion, 1/2 teaspoon whole pepper

Pour enough water to submerge the chicken stock ingredients and meat in a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Take out the meat and cut it into bite-size pieces (or you can boil it as it is and then cut it into bite-size pieces).

Pour the broth through a sieve.




When the water starts to boil, boil the quail eggs for about 5 minutes and peel them.
