Eggs........................... 1 pc
Ripe Tomatoes................. 1 pc.
Chives........................... 1 pc
Garlic ............................ 2 cloves
Cooking oil ............ 1T
Chicken or Vegetable Stock........ Half
water or broth ...........2/3 to 1 cup
a little bit of time (optional)
some salt and pepper

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Prepare the tofu by dicing it or crushing it properly with the back of a knife. Stir-fry the tofu with eggs, salt, and pepper in a frying pan.
3. Finely chop the peeled tomatoes and finely chop the chives. After preparing, put cooking oil in a sauce pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry, then add the tomatoes and stir-fry.
4. After moderately stir-fried, add water or broth, stock, thyme, chopped chives and heat. When it starts to boil, add fried egg tofu to the frying pan and boil for another 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat.
It's so full that it's hard to eat it all at once, and somehow I feel at ease. At the same time, the taste is good, so I think it will be helpful for those who are on an extreme diet like me.
