[Korean travel] Jeju Island sea travel, a must-visit sea collection when you go to Jeju

Jeju is a romantic travel destination that makes you feel good whenever you think of it. In the past, Jeju reminded me of Dolhareubang, Hallasan Mountain, and delicious tangerines, but Jeju these days has a variety of styles and tastes. These days, I will tell you about a few jewel-like beaches that people must stop by when they go to Jeju Island. If you stop by Jeju, don't miss it

# Emerald jewel sea, Hamdeok Beach

Hamdeok Beach, adjacent to Jeju Olle Course 19, is a beach with the color of emerald jewels. The exotic beach is also called ‘Hamdeok Seoubong Beach’ thanks to Oreum and Seoubong, which stand tall right next to it.

Hamdeok Beach has clear water and shallow water, making it an ideal summer resort for adults as well as families. The west side of the beach is connected by an overpass, and walking on it makes you feel as if you are walking on the sea. In addition to the sea, the beach has lawns that are good for picnics and a promenade where you can enjoy the sea at night and in winter, so it is a good beach to visit at any time of the year.

# Pony Lighthouse is right here, Iho Tewoo Beach

Iho Tewoo Beach is famous for taking pictures of the Pony Lighthouse. This place, where red and white ponies seem to touch the sea, gives off an unfamiliar and artistic feeling. In addition to the scenery of the sea, there are acacia forests and pine forests behind the sandy beach, making it a beach with beautiful landscapes.

There is a campsite between the pine forests, so you can enjoy camping during the summer. At low tide, when the sea level is at its lowest, you can see Wondam. Wondam refers to the traditional Jeju fishing method of catching fish using the difference between high tide and low tide. Travelers who want to experience a unique culture should visit during this time.

# Aewol offshore at a glance, Handam Beach

There are also some unique beaches. Handam Beach is not the white sandy beach we are familiar with, but it is made up of a promenade that allows you to walk all the way along the beach. As part of Jeju Island's coastal maintenance project, it is a place created to make it easier and more familiar to see the coastal waters of Aewol. Walking along the 1.2-kilometer promenade that meanders along the winding coastline, you can feel the sea as close as you can touch.

# The sound of stones whispering, Aljakji Beach

Aljakji Beach is a place where you cannot enjoy sea bathing, but it is a place that is pleasing to the eyes and ears. Aljakji is a name derived from the shape of a stone in the shape of a round egg and the Jejudo word ‘jakji’ meaning stone. Literally, it is a mongdol beach with round stones, and whenever the water comes out, it makes a cute sound as if the stones are whispering. The beautiful and tranquil scenery of Aljakji Beach is a favorite scenery spot for professional photographers.
