<Pork Bulgogi>

  350g pork (for bulgogi), 1/2 onion, 1/6 carrot

Seasoning - 3 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of hot pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 100g of pear juice

1 tbsp minced green onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp ginger juice, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame salt, a little bit of salt and pepper

Green onion + leek 120g

Seasoning- 2 teaspoons red pepper powder, 2 teaspoons soy sauce for soup, 2 teaspoons plum syrup, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons sesame salt, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, a little bit of salt

Add seasoning to the meat and mix well.

For the pear and apple juice in the seasoning, I grind 1 pear and 1 apple together and put it in the freezer before taking it out for use.

It's good because it adds a natural sweetness, but if you don't have it, it's okay to omit it.

Chop the onion and carrot as well.

You can cook it right away, but it's better if you let it mature in the refrigerator.


Heat the pan and bake until golden brown.

Do not rummage too much over high heat and bake.

Add seasoning to green onion and chives and mix them gently.

Soak green onion in cold water to remove the pungent taste, then mix.
